Schulte Industries exclusive Pentagon Blade Bolt provides maximum anti rotational resistance where the blade is fastened to the stump jumper pans.
Standard with Super Suction 1/2" x 4” blades that leave nothing behind. Schulte blades are strengthened through a hardening process which increases the impact strength of the blade. The blade is chamfered around the blade bolt hole to provide a smooth transition of surfaces around the high stress blade bolt area. The blades are also shot peened to induce beneficial compressive surface stresses over the entire length of the blade. This enhances the durability and extends the fatigue life of the blade. The cutting edge is forged giving it a stronger and tougher edge thereby extending the life of the blade.

FX-209 standard linkage model with puncture-proof laminated tyres and double safety chains. Aussie spec models also feature half rubber flaps over the chains to further prevent debris escaping and to improve cutting performance.

The FX-209 can be mounted to the front of the tractor using the tractors front linkage arms or Schulte's specially designed front mount frame - no more sore neck when slashing!

Heavy duty stump-jumper blade pans and deck protection rings are standard.

The deep deck and high blade speeds allow the FX-209 to cope with tall, thick grass.

The reversing gear box allows the machine to be mounted on the front of a tractor.

FX-209 Side Eject Option

Our side eject option has been designed in Australia for plantations, orchards and horticulturalists requiring cut material to be spread under trees as a mulch layer. The system on the FX-209 consists of an adjustable exit chute and twin adjustable gauge wheels fitted to the front of the deck. When not used as a side eject cutter, the chute is removed and replaced with a side skirt shield to meet safety regulations. The side eject option is available now and made to order.

The adjustable flap on our side eject system gives control over material throw.

Under deck reinforcing and mulching blades. The mulching blades give a finer cut that the standard updraft blades.

The side eject option on the FX-209 includes dual gauge wheels that are height adjustable to minimise ground scalping.
